iSprout launches 2.5L sqft co-working space in Hyd
City-based managed office space provider, iSprout launched a new office space at Auro Orbit in Hi-tech city, Hyderabad. The newly launched center is spread across 2.50 lakh sq ft, comprising of five floors and providing over 4,000 seats.

Hyderabad: City-based managed office space provider, iSprout launched a new office space at Auro Orbit in Hi-tech city, Hyderabad. The newly launched center is spread across 2.50 lakh sq ft, comprising of five floors and providing over 4,000 seats. This is iSprout’s seventeenth center in India, while the first center was launched in Hyderabad in 2017. Now their total office space offering stands at 1.3 million sft with 10 centers in Hyderabad, two in Chennai, two in Bangalore, two in Pune, and one in Vijayawada.
iSprout’s CEO Sundari Patibandla said that they are committed to turning business ideas into viable enterprises through their offering. “Known for innovative concepts and client-friendly plans, iSprout aims to meet the growing demand for office spaces in modern suburbs with a high concentration of tech companies,” she said.
The company plans to enter Delhi-NCR, Mumbai, Kolkata, and Ahmedabad, reaching a total of 50 centers and two million sft of office space by the end of 2024. Founder Sreeni Tirdhala emphasised on the importance of a friendly and hygienic office environment. “iSprout’s standout features include detailed customer service, competitive pricing, and easy documentation. We offer more than just physical workspaces, providing essential business support services like company setup, accounting, payroll, registrations, and tax-related tasks,” Tirdhala said. High-profile corporate, builders, and business delegates attended the launch event.
